Supplier power: There are just a few numbers of suppliers, in this case, the most important one is Hollywood. The bargaining with it is really hard, because theuniqueness of the product or service control over you. The fewer of the supplier choices you have, and more you need the help of them, the suppliers became more powerful. In thiscase, Hollywood has all the power.

Buyer Power: There are a lot of buyers who want to buy the product, or maybe, wanted, because nowadays, a lot of people prefer notpay for see a movie. They can see the films online, and becoming less and less people in the cinema. So the buyers have some power for change the price of the product.Competitive Rivalry: There are a lot of competition between Disney, Paramount and Warner Brothers. There aren’t a lot of different competitors, but all of them arereally strong. It’s really hard to enter in this market, because all of them spend a lot of money advertising or they have a powerful competitive strategy.

Threat ofsubstitution: It’s hard to find a different way for consume the product. Maybe theatre is a substitution, or independent films.

Threat of new entry: This market hasstrong and durable barriers to entry. So, is really easy to preserve a favorable position and take fair advantage for it. Enter to this market costs a lot of money and a lotof time, and you have to compete really effectively for make de differentiation of the product, that make the distribution channels want your product.

The Sixth force:is a complementary of our product, offer more value to the consumer together than an a part. Movie + popcorn, sweets or soft drinks could be interesting for the consumer.
