TitleAutomated system for the control of lending of books to the for the library in the educational unit Antonio José de Sucre in Vigia Merida state.
Abstract
This research was conducted in theEducational Unit Antonio José de Sucre, in the city of El Vigía Merida State, Alberto Adriani municipality and in the same participated two (2) persons working in the area of the library,responsible for the direct management of the system (manual), From there the purpose of designing forms of the information system that will serve as an interface between the user and thecomputer. One of the objectives is to make a database of students with necessary information for the control of the loan of books from the library. Like, establish the information requirements ofentry and storage of departure. According to the strategy this research is a field. Defined as "the systematic analysis of a particular problem with the object to describe it, explain theircauses and effects, to understand its nature and elements that comprise it, Or predict their occurrence". Taking as its purpose the field research, collect data through the individuals whomake up the community of people who are reason to study, In this case the personnel working in the Library * This project is described according to their modality as: project feasible, sincethe institution has the resources for the implementation of the same. The information collected will be presented by means of instruments, the interview and the questionnaire, which wasapplied to the personnel working in the area de limited (Library MARIANA CARCELEN SUCRE), the questionnaire is of the closed type.
