To:____________________________ a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the ____________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.
(Hereinafter separately referred to as a “Company”and jointly referred to as the Companies.)
We, the undersigned, herewith declare that:
We acknowledge that the Client requires that its counterparties (hereinafter called the Counterparty/ies) observeand cause to observe the highest standards of ethics in relation to the execution of any projects;
We agree that this Anti-Deception Declaration is valid for all offers submitted or to be submittedto the Client in relation to the Project.
We agree neither to submit any proposal or offer not to enter into a contract in relation to the Project than with all four Companies nominated above andjointly referred to as the Client. We also agree that offers shall be made on a transparent basis, stating all prices and will be sent to the Client.
We moreover agree with the policy stated hereunder:POLICY
1. The Counterparty, or any affiliate of such Counterparty, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors shall not give or offer to give, directly or indirectly, toany person, entity or company, including its affiliates, any bribe, gift, gratuity, benefit, discount other than to the Client, commission or other thing of value, as an inducement or reward:

(i)For doing or forbearing to do any action in relation to the Project;
(ii) For showing or forbearing to show favor or disfavor to any person or entity in relation to the Project.
The Counterparty,or any affiliate of such Counterparty, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, shall not make any arrangements with any person or entity designed to achieve an improper...
