Security Service within the Bank of England Museum
The security is thefirst process that must pass all visitors. Hooper-Greenhill (1995) mentions that this services show the high security to the visitors Bank's high-security. It is a security check at the entrance whereit has to deposit all bags, purses and coats in a basket that passes through a scanner. In addition the person must pass through a metal detector. At the entrance there are three persons in charge ofthis operation. The last time to pass this control is 4.45 pm (Bank of England Museum, 2011). Once this control is passed within the museum are more people in charge of security, ensuring thateverything is in order in the rooms.

The inputs to be considered inthis process of security service operations are employees with their uniforms and safety equipment needed, scanner, furniture, electricity, security alarms and the museum facilities. With theseinputs is possible to perform the functions developed in this operation. The process is to control who gets to prevent conflicts, to maintain order within the museum and the correct use of the facilities.The outputs are, therefore, to create a safe environment, to build trust in visitors and to keep order, cleanliness and quietness inside the museum.
