Behavioral Interview Questions are those question which identify the attitude of candidate toward company and work performance specially helpful in Recruiting. This post is essential for recruiter toread as well as applicants too. We are human and being this great creature we have some limitation too. I mean to say that if we don’t know our target we can not make plan. Also if we don’t havequestion we can not find answers. Recruiting has become a great science now.
