Ingredients: You must have:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 green pepper cutin fine strips
- 4 carrots cut in fine strips
- 200g soy bean sprouts
- 4 slices of York ham cut in small cubes
- 400g cooked rice
- 2tablespoons of soy sauce

-1. Heat some oil in a saucepan.
-2. Beat the eggs with a little salt and scramble in oil until firm,breaking into small pieces.

-5. Add pepper and carrots and cook for about 8 minutes.
