Strengths
Having talented employees are the major strength of the company against their competitors. Cirque Du Solei has the assurance of gaining customer loyalty andhave a good reputation. Compared to their competitors, the company has been able to promote their talents, performances to an international market.

Weaknesses
Entertainment industry struggleswith a main problem, which is the emergence of competitors, affecting directly the performance
 The weaknesses CIRQUE DU SOLEI is facing might be in terms of their story.
The intensity and beautyof their performances may leave most of the audiences in awe, but some audiences may view this as nonsense.
This may affect the competitive position of the company in the Chinese audiences or anyinternational market. In addition to their main weakness is their inability to manage and promote their business in other ways of advertisements.
Opportunities
One of the biggest opportunitiesCIRQUE DU SOLEIL has is the Chinese audience, their high quality of their performances and entertainment are highly in synch with the traditional culture and entertainment in the Chinese country. In thisregard, marketing approach come relatively easier to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL management to enter Chinese audiences to reach their target market easily. Gaining each day a new territory this massive companyits conquering the Asian continent with a new prospects of audiences.
