This letter is for greeting and at the same time to ask you to help me with the following situation; In march Ibought a travel plan for Panama for two people in your agency, that plan was all included for 3 nights in Panama City and 4 at the beach. The contract said: the first stay was at the Panama Hotel and thesecond in Playa Blanca Hotel. Additional we paid U$ 260 for a Honeymoon and Adventure Package.
When we arrived at the airport in Panama, the 8th of July, the person who had to take us from theairport to hotel had a different itinerary. That problem was solved in an hour approximately but we had to wait for two hours at the reception for the room because the hotel didn’t know about our arrivalthat day.
The next days in Panama City we were very good and the hotel was wonderful, the Wednesday 11th of July we went to Playa Blanca Hotel. At the first moment everything was according to contractbut when we wanted to use the different services of the honey moon package, the employees told us about different requirements for that.
The special package included:
• Welcome Cocktail
•Pool towels in the room
• Flowers in the room
• Champagne upon arrival
• Turn Down Service
• Fresh fruit plate (daily)
• Romantic breakfast in the room
• Romantichorseback ride on the beach or bike ride
• Romantic dinner at The Sailboat
• Boat ride
• Tour-Wheel or Jet ski ride
But for some services we had to called many times and asked to reception,for example the fresh fruit plate wasn’t daily; the romantic breakfast in the room was when the hotel’s workers wanted; for romantic horseback ride on the beach we were told to behave as children,because we wanted that service in the afternoon and they pretended we accepted that like a gift but we paid for that.
We never had that the turn down service, the same situation happened with Romantic...
