Introduction:
The Bicentennial of the Independence of Mexico was a group of festivities that were held in Mexico, to celebrate the 200 years since the beginning of armed struggle for independence from Mexico in 2010.

15 and September 16, 2010, were the official days of the celebrations,although various events held before and after those dates. The festivities were held in parallel for a period of time with the centenary celebrations of the Mexican Revolution, which was held on November 20, 2010.

150 Years of National Anthem
In 2004, the song celebrated 150 years of its release, andtook place when the whole country singing the anthem at 12:00 on September 15. To continue the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the National Anthem, commemorative disk was introduced, with different versions of this item remastered official at the National Museum of History.
Bicentennial of the birth of Benito Juárez
On March 21, 2006, marked the bicentenary of the birth of Juárez. Asfrom January 1, 2006 all official correspondence from the State had the item or to fit the legend: "2006, Year of the Bicentennial of the birth of Father of the Americas, Don Benito Juárez García." various artistic and cultural activities were performed.

Sept. 15 ceremony was held Grito de Independencia in different cities. In Mexico D.F. Delegations Benito Juárez, Miguel Hidalgo, Gustavo A. Madero and Venustiano Carranza organized popular festivals and the cry forindependence.
