CERTIFICACIÓN
La certificación se aplica a ciertassituaciones de hecho o comprobaciones especiales, a través de la constatación con los registros contables y otra documentación de respaldo y sin que las manifestaciones del contador público al respecto representen la emisión de un juicio técnico acerca de lo que se certifica.

La certificación contendrá:

* Título: Certificación (con el aditamento que fuera necesario).
* Destinatario.* Detalle de lo que se certifica.
* Alcance de la tarea realizada.
* Manifestación o aseveración del contador público.
* Lugar y fecha de la emisión.
* Firma del contador público.
