. One day without meat .
In the following interview we will talk about hownot eating meat one day a week or more, we can improve our health, reduce our carbon footprint and lead the world in the race to reduce climate change, and some negative effects this can bring.

Ifeveryone in the world participate in the campaign "meatless Monday" could reduce the risk of preventable chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, anemia and obesity. It alsowould help to reduce carbon footprint and would save fossil fuels and valuable amounts of fresh water, wich is one of natural resource scarcity on the planet.
It's a great idea apply the meatlessmonday in our lives, even has some minor drawbacks, it does us good to us all and of course to our planet.

Against meatless Monday
1. We are more predictable to diseases due to lack of nutritionalcomponents wich has the meat. An example is the anemia caused by iron deficiency, which is present in large amounts in the meats.
2. Do not consume animal products likechicken, beef, fish, egg and cheese could retard growth and development of children and adolescents as well as alterations in adult health: thinning hair and nails or edema
3. Myth: Meatless Monday isa sinister plot to drive farmers and ranchers out of business by convincing Americans that meat is bad for your health and bad for the planet.
4. The industrialization of meat, in this case ofpork products has allowed a piece of pork contaminated with the virus of African swine fever, foot and mouth disease or swine fever is diluted during the preparation of sausages and reach a large volumecontaminate the final product. The sausages can reach distant sites where they enter the human food chain.
