1. INTRODUCTION
It is known that technology evolution has grown very fast in a short interval of time. In quite less than a half century themankind has been able to improve all the knowledge fields in an impressive way never seen before. Furthermore in integrate electronic field, where this growth is reflexed in an exponential rhythm as Moore predicted in 1965.

Whit the apparition of the transistor in 1948 the electronic evolution started and the legacy is a large list of technologies and optionsavailable. In the integrate chips field it is visible when a project starts, we have many kinds of circuits and manufacturers. A designer today faces a daunting task to research the different types of chips, understand what they can best be used for, choose a particular manufacturers’ product, learn the intricacies of vendor-specific software and then design the hardware. Confusion for designers isexacerbated by not only the sheer number of FPDs available, but also by the complexity of the more sophisticated devices.
