CRISTO REDENTOR.
El Cristo Redentor es un monumento que representa a Jesucristo. Situado a 710 metros sobre el nivel del mar, este lugar tiene una vista panorámica de la ciudad de Rió de Janeiro y se erige como uno de los principales atractivos de Brasil. El Cristo bendice a los cariocas desde el 13 de agosto de 1931.

Las razones por la que las dos aguas no se mezclan son la densidad, la temperatura y la velocidad con la que el flujo de las aguastransitan el río.
