General information
formations, usually found in grain crops, where the crop has been mysteriously found laid flat, in patterns, that did not exist in daylight theprevious day. Although thought by many to be a phenomena of the 20th Century, crop circles and formations have been around for a very long time, and records even date back well before the invention ofthe camera.
The crop circle phenomena has puzzled and mystified humanity for many years. Many theories as to the cause of these strange occurrences have emerged. Ideas range from Energy fields toPlasma Vortexes to UFOs. For the most part, the answer to this mystery is still hidden within the cosmos.
History
The crop circle oldest recorded is represented in an engraving of the seventeenthcentury called "the devil mowing. The image depicts a strange creature that creates a circular pattern in a wheat field. The image contained in a pamphlet appeared in states where farmers have expressedtheir preference for "the devil himself" reaping the harvest rather than pay the wages demanded his mower for his work, so this is not a fact but a representative image of these peasant discontent.Kiara (3er slide)

Crop circle are widely acknowledged as one of the greatest unsolved mysteries of the twenty century. The global fascination with thesephenomena continues to gain in momentum as the sheer number of sighting increases.
