INTRODUCCIÓN

PARA LA REALIZACIÓN DE ESTE TRABAJO SE CONSULTO EL DECRETO 4738 DE 2008 Y DEMÁS FUENTES QUEPROPORCIONARAN INFORMACIÓN RESPECTO AL TEMA; DESPUÉS DE QUE SE HACE LA LECTURA DE LOS TEXTOS ENCONTRADOS Y SE COMPRENDE LA FUNCIÓN PARA LA CUAL FUE EXPEDIDO ESTE DECRETO Y SUS ALCANCES, SE REDACTA A CONTINUACIÓN LA INTERPRETACIÓN DADA A MANERA PERSONAL DE ESTE DECRETO.

INTRODUCTION

For the realization of this work, consult the 4738 Decree 2008 and other sources to provide information on thesubject, then that makes the reading of the texts found and understood the function for which it was issued this decree and its scope, the following is drawn to a personal interpretation of this decree.

OBJETIVO GENERAL

El objetivo del presente trabajo es dar a conocer la modificación efectuada por el decreto 4738 de 2008 a las funciones de acreditación de organismos de evaluación realizadaspor la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, con el fin de difundir dichos cambios dentro de la comunidad educativa del ITM.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

The objetive of this work is the amendments made by present Decree 4738 of 2008 to the functions of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies conducted by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce to disseminate such changes within theeducational community of ITM.

OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS

• Entender los cambios que se efectuaron con la expedición del decreto 4738 de 2008 a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio para poder ejercer una mejor vigilancia y prestación del servicio en funciones de acreditación de organismos de evaluación.

• Se explicaran claramente las pautas del periodo de transición especificadasen el decreto, donde se aclaran los casos que tienen algunas excepciones y las fechas en que estas aplican.

• Aprender y dar a conocer las funciones dadas al Organismo Nacional de Acreditación de Colombia ONAC y las que fueron suprimidas a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio SIC en cuanto a tareas de acreditación corresponde.

• Que se comprenda la capacidad que tiene elgobierno de legislar e implementar leyes o decretos que modifican cada uno de los entes.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• Understand the changes that were made with the issuance of Decree 4738 of 2008 to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce to exercise better monitoring and service provision functions of accreditation of conformity assessment bodies.

• The guidelines clearly explainthe transition period specified in the decree, which clarifies the cases with few exceptions and the dates on which these applications.

• Learn and publicize the functions given to the National Accreditation and ONAC Colombia that were suppressed to the Superintendence of Industry and Trade SIC regarding accreditation tasks accordingly.

• Have the ability to understand the governmentto legislate and implement laws or decrees amending each of the entities.
