Demi Lovato is a singer and an actress. She began playing piano at the age of seven, and she also began her acting on the children’stelevision, series Barney & Friends.
Demi was born in New Mexico in 1992. She has two sisters, one is older than her, Dallas Lovato and the other isyounger, Madison de la Garza, her half-sister. Her mother was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and country music recording artist.
At the age of 14, she startedher career doing Camp Rock as a protagonist with Jonas Brothers, a Disney Channel Movie. When she was 16, she released an album called Don’t forget. It wasat number two on the Billboard 200 and it has sold over 500.000 records in US.
In 2009, Lovato was in a Disney channel comedy, called Sonny With aChance, and in the same year, debuted her second album, Here We Go Again, it was number one on the Billboard 200. In September, Camp Rock 2 was the secondfilm, called The Final Jam, that it had could be seen for everyone on television.
In 2011, did her third studio album called Unbroken, and then, in 2012 washired as a judge on the second season of The X factor.
Since 7 years, she had experiences about bullying. In the school, people said to her that she wasugly and fat and she never had an ordinary meal. She thought that maybe, she didn’t have friends because she was too fat. Now she became a spokespersonfor anti-bullying, an organization PACER, that helps people with problems about that, and looks for solutions for teenagers that are victims of bullying
