The impact of the authoritarian regimes on Human Rights:
The Human rights council is an intergovernmental organization made toprotect the rights of every single person. So in order to make it possible, every person has to be heard and to be protected by the government.
The impact of authoritarian states is that people are notheard at all because there is not democracy, and democracy is the principal right for people to protest whenever a right is violated.
Exceptional powers are given to just one person, also the powersdivision starts to be ineffective, and as a result, the violation of the human rights turns to an everyday problem. Then the political instability tends to be greater and greater so violence is the onlyway to maintain power.
As a good example we have Cuba, where human rights are not respected, and the authoritarian power is better described as a dictation.
Other countries are: Iran, China, Libya,which are the ones who have more problems nowadays.
Immigration: how to guarantee human rights to illegal immigrants:

The problem nowadays is that people is not well informed about all the rightsthey have whenever a situation talking about illegal immigration is presented.
* A way to guarantee human rights to illegal immigrants is trough globalization; as in lately years, globalizationhas taken an important place to improve the rights of immigrants by giving people all over the world GOOD INFORMATION.
By globalization, it is not just about the spread of information, also thepractice of it. As companies tend to expand, people will be sent to other countries for work, so every respective country will keep an eye on them so that their rights will be respected.
* In manyplaces, the rights that are important are the ones of the people that live there, not for people from other countries, so it is important to establish a pact that also includes immigrants’ rights...
