Anxiety

Anxiety is a generalized feeling of apprehension and pending disaster. People with symptoms of generalizedanxiety disorder tend to always expect disaster and can't stop worrying about health, money, family, work, or school. Anxiety disorders are disorders whose major symptom is excessive, unwarrantedanxiety; unfortunately daily life of a person suffering from anxiety disorder becomes a constant state of worry, fear, and dread. Eventually, the anxiety so dominates the person's thinking that itinterferes with daily functioning, including work, school, social activities, and relationships.

Anxiety and its symptom's

- Excessive, ongoing worry and tension
- An unrealistic view of problems
-Restlessness or a feeling of being "edgy"
- Irritability
- Muscle tension
- Headaches
- Sweating
- Difficulty concentrating
- Nausea
- The need to go to the bathroom frequently
- Tiredness
-Trouble falling or staying asleep
- Trembling
- Being easily startled

Mood

Is a relatively long lasting emotional state. Moods differ from emotions in that they are less specific, less intense,and less likely to be triggered by a particular stimulus or event. Mood is difficult to define because one's judgment depends on the perception of mood in other people. It is a highly subjectiveconcept which is backed by personal references. Mood can be expressed with different tonalities.
Its panel of expressions can likely explain the different definitions and analysis of this notion. Moodalso differs from temperament or personality traits which are even longer lasting.
