ABSTRAC
In summary we can say that to describe the circuits can be constructed by combining gates requires a new kind of algebra, one in which variables and functions can only take values of a and 1.Semejante algebra called Booleanalgebra, so called from its descriptor The English mathematician George Boole (1815-1864). Strictly speaking we are actually referring to a specific type of Boolean algebra, an algebra of commutation.
A truth table, or table of values of truth, is a table that displays the truth value of a compound statement, for each combination of truth values that can be assigned to their componentes.1
ABoolean function can be implemented with an electronic circuit (often in many different ways) using signals representing input and output variables, such as DNA and gates, OR and NOT.
Generally we use the notation AND, OR and NOT to refer to the Boolean operators, and AND, OR and NOT to refer to the gates, but in many cases this is ambiguous.
In digital electronics, A counter is a sequentialcircuit constructed from flip-flops and logic gates capable of performing the computation of the impulses it receives at the entrance designed for that purpose, store data or act as a frequency divider.
