By nutritional description the junk food are the ones with more oils or sugar, that are fried or roasted;that almost do not have nutritional value, and that the lack in proteins, vitamins and fiber. This kinds of foods are the ones that can produce that people gain weight , have a nutritional imbalance,and chronic diseases.
Junk food contributes to gain weight and produces obesity. This because of the large amounts of fat and sodium that it contains and that they are stored in your body. Havingthis nutritional imbalance can make people obese in a several short period of time. Not having a proper healthy diet, with high levels of fat and sodium increases the risk of a serious chronic diseasesby raising blood cholesterol levels and contributing to arterial plaque build up, The most common obesity diseases are diabetes, high pressure and renal dysfunction.
If people do not change theireating habits they have more risk that the obesity and de diseases become permanent, affecting their vitality for the rest of their lives. They will feel tired and have trouble concentrating becausetheir body might not be getting enough oxygen, making them unable to walk long distances.
