FACTORIZACION
1.- FACTOR COMÚN
2xy+4y+2yz=2y(x+2+z)

2.- FACTOR COMÚN POR AGRUPACION
ax+bx+ay+by=x(a+b)+y(a+b)=(x+y)(a+b)

8.- CUBO DE UN BINOMIO(a+b)^3=(a^3+3a^2 b+3ab^2+b^3)
(a-b)^3=(a^3-3a^2 b+3ab^2-b^3)

9.- CUBO PERFECTO
a^3+b^3=(a+b)(a^2-ab+b^2)
a^3-b^3=(a-b)(a^2+ab+b^2)
