The Heart Rate
The Heart Rate.
Prove how much time does the heart takes to return to its resting rate after doing exercise.
Take an average of the heart in its normal state. Record the results ina table until 300 seconds= 5 minutes. Again take an average. To see the final results of your table.
We can predict that the heart will be a lot more altered doing exercise. Our heart rate willincrease dramatically fast and decrease slow with calculations of about 3 minutes.
This was a very interesting experiment. We took our normal state of the heart in the class room and we went out. When wefinished and reached my resting rate it was lower outside than inside the class I think this has to be with how clean is the oxygen. According to the formulae of respiration: glucose +oxygen -> carbondioxide +water –> energy! Is a very important fact to know. When we do more exercise we need more and more energy for producing more energy the heart has to beat faster so it can send more oxygen tothe cells and does a cell help to produce energy by the chemical elements in the formulae. The good thing about doing exercise is that while we are inhaling oxygen also carbon dioxide. Exercise helpsthe body get rid of some of the carbon dioxide. The heart rate always appears with new and unique surprises. This experiment let us discover more about this process and how can it increase ordecrease. Also it let us know our proper health and now we know we would have a very good health.
