What is industrial soldering?
Weldingis a manufacturing process where the union is made of two materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, usually achieved through the merger coalescence, in which the parts are welded by fusing the twoand adding a molten filler metal or plastic, which has a melting point lower than that of the work piece to achieve a bath of molten solder bath, as it cools, it becomes a fixed connection.
WHATARE THE MEASURES BEFORE YOU MUST USE WELDING?
* LONG SLEEVE SHIRT COTTON
* CAP SHOES
How many types of welding are there?
* TIG WELDING
* LEAD-FREE SOLDER
* LASER BEAM WELDING
* ULTRASONIC WELDING
* GMAW WELDING
WHAT IS TIG WELDING?
The Tungsten Inert Gas employs a permanent tungsten electrode, sometimes alloyedwith thorium or zirconium in percentages not exceeding 2%. The tungsten (melting at 3410ºC), accompanied by protection of the gas, the electrode tip is worn only after prolonged use.
WHAT IS WELDINGARC?
To perform this type of welding is carried out following procedure induces a potential difference between electrode and work piece, which ionizes the air between them and becomes a conductor, sothat closes the circuit and establishing the arc. The heat of the arc melts the base material partially melts and the filler material, which is deposited and creates the weld.
WELDING WHAT IS LEAD?Welding is a type in which the most suitable alloy was that composed of tin / silver / copper also called SAC. The melting temperature of the alloy SAC305 (96.5% Sn, 3.0% Ag, 0.5% Cu) is 34 º Chigher than SnPb.
WHAT IS LASER BEAM WELDING?
This uses the energy provided by a laser beam to melt and recrystallize the material or materials that you want to join, resulting in the junction...
