We, the people that live in American soil, have been getting pushed around by the Government for a few decades now, why? because they have the power to do whatever they want since we put the in thatposition by voting for them. Anyways, I did not start this blog to talk about how they have been playing us around, I wanted to write this blog to "open eyes," by that I mean that we as citizen of theUSA should raise our power and voice to whoever needs to hear it, we are getting USED TO IT, we are getting used to being pushed around and played with, we do not ask or even care about the reasonsof why they raise taxes or do things that do not seem right to us, no, we just sit back and say, "heck with it." I feel aggravated that we are not doing anything, we are the people, we have the powerto get up and speak up. My college wanted to raise 10% for college tuition, and the student council said "why so much? why cant it be less?" I feel like they did not do anything to fight what thecollege wanted us to do as students, I raised up my voice and I asked, and questioned the college raising tuition, and I did not get an answer from anyone, the only answer is that the college was ONLYgoing to raise tuition 5%, and I said no, I got a couple of students together with me to walk around campus to show our indignation about the college raising tuition, but the student council said, "heyguys, it is only going to be 5% instead of 10%" like if they had already achieve something, when in reality the college did not have to raise tuition at all, since they had raised it already a semesterbefore. We marched up and down the campus and we got to talk to the college administration about our demands and our feelings, we, the students, were going to keep on marching and occupying theparking lot spaces if they did not hear our demands, the college did not agree with us and we started to do as we said, after a few days we got to talk to the administration again and the raising on...
