1. Further terms and conditions of service are contained within the Conditions referred toabove, the contents of which the Seafarer hereby acknowledges as having read, understood and agreed to.
2. The wage and allowance elements in this form are machine printed. Any additions oralterations to those elements require the initials of the Seafarer and the Charterer’sCrew Agent so authorized by the Charterers for this purpose.
3. This appointment letter is automatically rendered nulland void, should for any reason, the Seafarer did not travel to join the vessel.
4. Seafarer understands that contract period can bereduced /extended to+/- 1 month on discretion of theCharterer/Crew Agent for the Charterer.
