How would I reform the high education in this country?

Any reform starts with the intention of improving, as in this case education. This raises a number of educational goals are to inspire thewhole process. However, whatever they inevitably intermix with certain policy options with different social demands, may both vary along the time.

First, I will refer very briefly, because these arecommon themes about the signs of the new society. I think it is important to maintain a permanent reflection of what is happening in each of the societies in which we live, both in our and in theinternational context widening in which we move.
