(La Grandeza Primaria)
Los rasgos positivos de la personalidad, que a menudo son iniciales para el éxito,
constituyen la grandeza secundaria. Centrarse en lapersonalidad antes que hacerlo en el
carácter tratar de que crezcan las hojas sin las raíces.
Si empleamos sistemáticamente técnicas y habilidades de la personalidad para
incrementar nuestras interacciones sociales, podemos truncar el carácter vital básico.
Si utilizamos estrategias y tácticas de influencia humana para lograr que los demás
hagan lo que nosotros queremos, podemos triunfar a cortoplazo; pero con el paso del
tiempo nuestra ambigüedad y falta de sinceridad originará desconfianza
COMO NOS VEMOS A NOSOTROS MISMOS
La visión que tenemos de nosotros mismos afecta no sólo a nuestras actitudes y
comportamientos, sino también a la visión que tenemos de otras personas.
