INTRODUCTION
In an organization is fundamental teamwork since it is working to get something, all members have to realize a specific tasks depending on skills of each member, all theseis to reach the organization goal.
Teamwork is a crucial part of a business, as it is often necessary for colleagues to work well together. Also means that people will try to cooperate, using theirindividual skills and providing constructive feedback, letting aside any personal conflict.
DEFINITION
Is a group of people with different abilities that work together guide for a leader looking forthe same goal.
Characteristics for a good teamwork:
* Team must be committed to a common goal.
* Team members must have good communication with each other.
* Team members must encouragenew ideas from others.
* Members of the team must put the team’s goals ahead of self-interests.
* Members of the team must learn to appreciate the diversity of knowledge.
* Members of theteam must be creative and share new ideas.
* Members of the team must avoid conflicts.

Benefits of Teamwork:
* Less workload because split the tasks in each member.
* You have betterresults, since two or more think better than one.
* We learn to listen and respect others.
* You can organize a better way.
* Better ideas and decisions
* Produce results of majorquality.
* Shows the strengths and weaknesses of members.
* Develop and improve interpersonal relationships.

Teamwork can be learned, there are courses that can help to create a teamworkenvironment like:
* Motivational.
* Communication.
* Leadership.
* Also Teamwork course.
NOTE: In our culture different to other cultures like Japanese that they used to teamwork, for usis difficult to do teamwork in jobs because we used to win or be better that the rest on everything.
