Epopeya de la sobrevivencia

Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud, la salud es un estado de completo bienestar físico, mental y social y no solamente la ausencia de afecciones o enfermedades , esto quiere decir que unapersona saludable es la que tiene un cuerpo que funciona bien, se relaciona bien con los demás, es productiva y le gusta aprender y se comporta adecuadamente.
Por estas razones, proteger y conservar lasalud es principalmente responsabilidad nuestra. ¿Cómo? Alimentándonos adecuadamente; cuidando nuestra higiene, la de nuestro ambiente, alimentos y agua; actuando con seguridad para evitar accidentesy enfermedades; haciendo ejercicios físicos ; evitando el estrés, la violencia y el consumo de drogas y relacionándote adecuada y respetuosamente con las demás personas.
Pero el cuidado de la saludtambién es una responsabilidad de los gobiernos, mediante la instalación de suficientes y adecuados servicios de salud, educación abastecimiento de alimentos y agua potable, combate al narcotráfico einstalación de centros de recreación, deporte y descanso.
