With the past of the years have been discovered many vaccines to eradicate polio, smallpox, diphtheria, and other dangerous diseases. Scientist struggled to control all these epidemics, the discovery of potent antibiotics were one of the solutions. But when scientist challenged with the discovery of HIV and HCV they realized that now on future diseases can be so much mortal for the society andworld. So the 1990's brought us the realization that our antibiotics would not be 100% effective. Diseases formerly controlled by antibiotics were becoming resistant to the drugs.
Its human fault the emergence of all this new diseases, with all the destruction that had caused the planet is to exploit. Our climate is changing rapidly, and with this change, we are seeing emerging and re-emergingof diseases each time more powerful.
AIDS, SARS, tuberculosis, Ebola are just some of the diseases that can spread faster than ever before in a world of modern high-speed transportation.
New diseases can be so deadly in many different ways as example we can mention swine flu that is so contagious but not mortal in healthy people and in the other hand is the avian influence that no matter howhealthy you are is a high probability to die if you get infected

For the prolongation of human life we have to confront a huge large list of infectious diseases create the ability to treat fatal diseases is inevitably diseases challenges will be one of the mostimportant problems in the future.

Diseases will increase by the action of many factors like social pressures, overpopulation, air travel, global warming, conflict, famine, deforestation and bioterrorism.
