Long distance and wide-range detection
The CZ-K Series is mounted at a distance from the target enabling accurate detection ofvibrating targets. The sensor position does not need adjusting even when the target size changes.

1-mm 0.04" beam spot model available
The CZ-41 features a beam spot diameter of 1 mm 0.04" at a distance of 16 mm. Even minute marks can be reliably detected.

One press of a button automaticallysets the optimal sensitivity
To set sensitivity, simply push the “SET” button once. Workpieces can now be accurately detected. The CZ-K Series recognizes color components instantly and automatically sets the optimal sensitivity (one-point tuning).

Eight-color registration and external tuning functions
The CZ-K Series can register eight setting values in advance and switches them based onexternal signals. In addition, the CZ-K Series features an “external tuning” function that allows sensitivity settings to be performed remotely. These functions enable smooth product changeover.
