This quote is said by George Orwell which isthe writer of this story, he is telling what Mr. Jones had done, he is the owner of Manor Farm. This quote means that Mr. Jones was drunk meaning that he may drink a lot! In terms of the book Mr. Jones locked the hen-houses and he was drunk. I connect this to my life because I have seen some drunk people in my life.

I cant connect this to my life because everyone with two legs is the opposite of my enemy, it is my friend,so I cant connect this to my life.
