Nonessential amino acids the nonessential amino acids are those that can be synthesized in the body from other substances.
1 arginine
This amino acid arginine is considered "The Viagra Natural" by the increase of blood flow to the penis, delayed the growth of tumors and cancer by strengthening the immune system, increases the size and activity of the thymus gland, which produces T cells, crucial components of the immune system. Arginine, aid in detoxification of the liver by neutralizing ammonia, reduces the effects of chronic toxicity of alcohol, which is used in the treatment of sterility in men, by increasing sperm count; AIDS in weight loss, since it facilitates an increase in muscle mass and a reduction in body fat, helps growth, which is crucial for the "optimal"growth hormonerelease muscle and tissue repair, is an important component of collagen that is good for arthritis and connective tissue disorders and helps to stimulate the pancreas to release insulin.
2 Aspartic acid
increases the resistance and is good for chronic fatigue and depression, rejuvenate cell activity, the formation of cells and the metabolism, which gives a more youthful appearance, protectsthe liver, helping to the expulsion of ammonia and is combined with other amino acids to form molecules that absorb toxins and remove them from the bloodstream. This amino acid also helps to facilitate the movement of certain minerals through the intestinal mucosa, blood and cells and helps the function of RNA and DNA, which are carriers of genetic information.
3 cysteine
cysteine acts as apowerful detoxification of harmful toxins in antioxidant. It protects the body from damage by radiation, protects the liver and brain damage caused by alcohol, drugs and toxic compounds that are found in cigarette smoke, has been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and hardening of the arteries. Other functions of this amino acid is to promote recovery from severe burns and surgery, promote fat burningand muscle formation and delay the aging process. Skin and hair are made up between 10% and 14% of this amino acid.
4 The glutamic acid glutamic acid acts as an excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, the brain and the spinal cord. It is an important amino acid in the metabolism of sugars and fats, aid in the transport of potassium into the spinal fluid, acts as fuel for thebrain, helps correct disorders of personality, and is used in the treatment of epilepsy, mental retardation, muscular dystrophy and ulcers.
5Glutamine is the most abundant muscle amino acid. Glutamine helps to build and maintain muscle tissue, helps prevent the muscle wasting that can accompany prolonged rest in bed or diseases such as cancer and AIDS. This amino acid is a "fuel of brains" thatincreases brain function and mental activity, help to maintain the acid-alkaline balance in the body, promotes a healthy digestive system, reduces the healing of ulcers and relieves fatigue, depression and impotence, reduces sugar cravings and the desire for alcohol, and has recently been used in the treatment of schizophrenia and dementia.
6La glycine glycine retards muscle degeneration, improvesthe glycogen storage, thus freeing glucose for energy needs, promotes a healthy prostate, the central nervous system and the immune system. It is a useful amino acid for repairing damaged tissues, helping to cure.
7This amino acid ornithine helps release of growth hormones, which helps with the metabolism of body fat (this effect is greater if combined with arginine and carnitine), it isnecessary for a healthy immune system, detoxifies ammonia, helps in the regeneration of the liver and stimulates the secretion of insulin. Ornithine also helps insulin to function as an anabolic hormone helping to build muscle.
8This amino acid PROLINE functions are improving the texture of the skin, helping to collagen production and reduce the loss of collagen through the aging process. In addition,...
