Are you conscious about what you eat? Do you know that fast food is considered as a junk food? Almost all the people doesn’t have the enough time to go home and eathealthy, so they go to the fast food restaurants and buy food and eat it so quickly so they think that they already eat something and do not pay attention on their health, only in the hunger that theyfeel in that moment. Fast food is considered a main factor on obesity, but this happened because people eat frequently this kind of food and this occasion this kind of sickness. Fast food is cheaperand convenient, they offer quickly meals, for example, people that are very busy don’t have the enough time to sit down and eat; fast food restaurants are easy to find and there are some restaurantswhere you don’t have to leave the car to get your food but there are many consequences on this kind of food, they have a lot of chemicals and conservatives, they are greasy, and sometimes you can get abacteria or an infection on the stomach if the place it isn’t clean. Fast foods use saturated fats and keep refusing until they are burned. Most of your fast food options also contain fewer vitaminsand minerals than food you prepare at home. Homemade meals have many advantages: we can use the best quality ingredients, control salts, are cheaper and better quality, you can add vegetables and otherhealthy ingredients to your recipes, which is not typically done at fast food restaurants. Many of your fast food options are also fried; the quality of the ingredients that go into your fast foodmeal is often lower than fresh ingredients you would use to prepare your food at home. For example, even if your homemade burger costs about the same as a fast food one, the fat content is almost alwayshigher when you choose the restaurant burger.
