1. Genetic diversity represents the number of different species as well as the diversity within species.When specie has a great amount of genetic diversity it has more probability of long term survival. Species diversity is the number of different species within a particular area; it is based on someweight of abundance such as animals and biomass. Finally, ecosystem diversity symbolizes the variety of living environments, habitats and communities in the living world.
2. The latitudinaldiversity gradient is one of the most recognize patterns in biology. The lower latitudes are vulnerable to have more species than those at higher latitudes. Additional factors must influence the latitudinalgradient according to biodiversity. Temperature must be some factor for the evolution in species. Referring to the tropical rainforest this theory must be true, because in the tropics we can find morebiodiversity and variety of species such as plants and animals. As the temperature gets higher here the animals are more able to reproduce and settle certain conditions for their survival.
3.Biodiversity is important for human health. We must create certain sustainability of goods and services that biodiversity bring us for medicine. Genetic diversity provides studies of wildlife anatomy thatcan lead us to important developments in science. Biodiversity loss can influence in traditional medicine practices and the use of animals and plants for cures. Modern drugs and medicines come fromimportant species both animals and plants.
4. They continue to be endangered species because population keep growing and people remain entering animal´s habitat and food. Deforestation and huntingare some ways of contributing with habitat loss. Pollution and human activity can lead to strange animal behavior and diseases.
