He was born in the wonderful city of Bogota, Colombia. He loved his city. He fight for his city. But that’sanother story. His family was everything for him; he would do everything for them, he would die for them. He was the reflection of his parents, a worker, a dreamer, and an businessman. His father wasSergio Guarin and his mother was Martha Estrada, two architectures whose dreams were to do everything for their sons, to built the life for them. His two brothers, Juan David and Daniel, accompanied himthroughout his childhood and youth, being a good example of life for him.
He finished his studies in San Carlos School, and his dream was to be an engineer, to change the city, to change thecountry, to finish with a careless, neglectful and corrupt society. His partner of dreams was his wife, the girl who changed his life, the most important thing for him on earth, and the girl who neverabandoned him, the one who taught him how to love. His name was Juana. He stood by his side until he died.
His passions were Real Madrid football team, the music, his family, and his career but also hisdreams. He became a civil engineer at the age of 23. He started to change life and started his dream at the same time. Society started to change when he was 23 years old. Besides that dream, he hadanother: building a family with his wife. Father of three loved children, two girls and one boy. He had everything he needed in life and finally it was really having sense for him. He and his wife builta life together for their children.
He became friend of everyone in the city but he also gained a lot of enemies. He designed and built the subway in Bogota, he accomplished the dream of many...
