* Leadership: Hitler believed the most important trait in a human being was its capacity as a leader. He knew the importance of a good speech and propaganda. Hitler based himself on CrowdPsychology by Gustave Le Bon, which explains how collective mind works. A crowd shares a same psychology in a meeting, so Hitler developed ambiguity in his speeches and propaganda to appeal to themajority of the crowd.
