The homophobia isn’t a phobia because:
1. In phobias, the mainemotion is fear, whereas homophobia is hatred. A person may express homophobic feelings as moderate discomfort, rejection and repulsion for homosexuals, or how severe rejection which can get hit, injure orkill homosexuals.
2. In phobias, the person affected seeks to escape from what causes fear. Victims of homophobia seeking silence, denigrate, humiliate and destroy, symbolically or physically, tohomosexuals.
3. A person with phobia known to have, a homophobic person doesn’t know his condition and seeks to expand hate others.
