Actividad Módulo 3 – METODOLOGÍA PARA DEFINIR PROCESOS
Cordial saludo,
Después de revisar el material del módulo 1,2 y 3, deberá usted realizar la actividad que seadjunta en formato de Word. Recuerden que cualquier inquietud puede escribirme al correo y/o dejar su inquietud en los foros de inquietudes.
La actividad debe ser desarrollada sobre el mismo archivo de Word y enviada adjuntándola.

PASO 1: Selección de un proceso

a) En la fila “Objetivo de la unidad administrativa” del FORMATO - MATRIZ DESELECCIÓN DE PROCESOS anota un objetivo de tú unidad en donde laboras (Área, Dpto. etc.)
b) En la columna procesos escoge tres procesos considerando el objetivo de tu unidad.
c) En las columnas Inicio /fin define los límites de tú proceso contestando a la siguiente
