Daily routine
In the morning
First, Keanu Reeves wakes up very early,
He goes out to jog in company of his dog.
Next, he finishes jogginghe feeds his dog.
Then he takes a shower, has breakfast and reads the news.
He leaves his house in his motorbike or in his car.
He sometimesgoes out with his friends.
At noon
He goes to a good restaurant or his employee simply cooks his favorite dishes.
In the afternoon
When hefinishes his work, he prefers to go back home.
He checks emails and chats online.
He prepares his script, and then to relax after an exhausted day hegoes for a yoga routine.
Finally in the night he has something very light for dinner, a relaxing jaccuzi bath.
He goes to bed.
Many times healso leaves to have dinner with his girlfriend, or for parties.
He stays in deluxe hotels with 24 hours room service.
Usually when he films hisroutine is different, it varies according to each movie.
As for food

For breakfast Keanu takes an orange juice, along with scrambled eggs andsome fruit.

He usually provided lunch at restaurants.

His favorite dish is seafood saucepan and in the evening’s he prefers hot drink.

Keanuhas a diet balanced to support a good health and a good physicist.
