The 5 basic elementsto suceed in developing effective cooperation are:

4. Eachmember of the group learns skills of interpersonal relation and it hopes that they use it to coordinate the work and obtain the objectives.
5.The group analyze with that efficiency obtain theobjectives and if the obtain this objectives together.
