Abstract

This proposal was designed with the purpose of contributing in many ways, with the greatproblems about bulling girls and boys suffer in the different schools. This big problem is fighting against the values that make us well human beings, and also guide and help us to make up our personality. Based on this, we want the dance, the playful and the recreation would be strategies used to counteract this present problem. Having in mind this goal, and to have excellent results, it isnecessary to work teachers, family and society altogether. In this way we can get meaningful changes and also to promote the growth in the different levels as emotional, cognitive and physic of these girls and boys who are the hope and revive of a country.
However, the usage of this content in the context of physical education itself, continues being poor and also, it is a fact that, the ignoranceabout these variables, dance, playful and recreation in the curriculums, give us the bases to make an endless of activities, which provide lot of benefits in aspect as motor, socio affective and by the way help us to improve the life quality of a society (teacher, student, family and partners).

Resumen

Por medio de esta propuesta se quiere contribuir de una u otra forma con la gran problemática que en estos momentos tienen los niños y niñas en los colegios el reconocido BULLYING O MATONEO, el cual está acabando con los valores que nos hacen ser personas de bien y que nos guían aformar nuestra personalidad. Por este motivo queremos que la danza la lúdica y la recreación sean estrategias que nos ayuden a contrarrestar esta problemática; para que esto se dé con cambios significativos tenemos que ir de la mano docente, familia y sociedad para así ser generadores de cambio y promotores del desarrollo a nivel emocional, cognitivo, y físico de estos niños y niñasque son la esperanza y el resurgir de una nación.
Sin embargo la utilización de este contenido en el contexto de la educación física sigue siendo escasa y puntual el desconocimiento de cual importante son estas tres variables danza, lúdica y recreación en el ámbito escolar nos dan las pautas para realizar un sin fin de actividades que conllevan al beneficio en el ámbito motor como en el socioafectivo y a mejorar la calidad de vida de toda una sociedad (maestro, alumno, familia, compañeros).
