Las sociedades evolucionan a paso acelerado, al parecer, las políticas estatales, también; este movimiento vertiginoso, sinembargo, se produce hacia lados opuestos del mismo espectro y no queda más que preguntarnos ¿Están los esfuerzos políticos mundiales realmente encaminados a hacer de los Estados comunidades que velan de igual forma por el bienestar de todos los ciudadanos, o, nos estamos perfilando más bien como macroestructuras ensañadas con excluir a los “eslabones más débiles” y tratar a los menos favorecidoscomo una sub-clase? La respuesta es sumamente brumosa y es que a pesar de las concesiones que han logrado los pueblos más privilegiados en cuanto a la creación de un verdadero Estado Social, se encuentran amenazados por los mecanismos represivos adoptados por ciertos países cuyo influjo en las decisiones de gobierno de otras naciones, hace de estas herramientas –mas que inhumanas- un verdadero...
