Defining Storage Type

In this case was done a copy 776 RET to 776 DEV for the piston rodreturns

Alter was defined the Storage Section for the new storage type.

Was done a copy from RET to DEV

also was updated the Storage BIN Structure

Note: Therange must be defined by the user for the new Stor Type DEV

And the new range is DEV F001 to F200 and DEV F300 to F400
Also was replaced the PI from F001 to F400 by F201 to F299 as Raymundo’sinstruction.

Activar DEV (nota este parámetro fue desactivado el06 feb 2007)

After that we update the output control

Se actualizo PI en la busqueda de RET a DEV.

Alter all thatconfiguration was done a test but when traed to confirm the TO with the LB10 txn in background send this error:

In the view WM1 at the section Storage Strategies the stock removal (MLGN-LTKZA)y stock placement (MLGN-LTKZE) had PAK.

There were replaced these values and defined for Stock removal with PI and Stock placement with PI as is in P14

When process again the TRsend this error

Jim Marchionna tells that we need to add DEV to the bin search (txn OMLY) [pic]

DEV was added with A and E.

Alter that it Works.

But now we have anew issue, the Transfer request was done by 1 qty and when the transfer order was created it was done by the whole qty of the BIN.

Solution: System works as designed, the end user change the qty...
