WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE

William Shakespeare, Sonnet XVIITalking about this dramatist is a great responsibility that I assume in order to show you, not only the few real facts we know about him, but also the extraordinary performance of his live, considering the appreciation that some scholars have established about Shakespeare’s works and live. Shakespeare live and social cultural surrounding made bear him like a genius and one the most importantDramatist in the world. The is not a real evidence, but it is said that he worked killing calves, when he used to help his father in the butcher shop, with the particularity that he made speeches for the occasion, it means that he did his labor with literary style.
During the period in which William Shakespeare was born, there was a plethora of new knowledge, new artistic work, architectureand others important discoveries that made the Renaissance period the best location for the playwright to become in most important dramatist nowadays we know.
Shakespeare’s life began in the year 1564 be he was born in Stratford-upon- Avon, at the age of eighteen he married it was in the 1582 after a year his first daughter , Susanna, was born then in the year 1584 he had twins, Judith andHamnet, Hammet died at the age of eleven. In 1590 he moved to London, where his career take importance by this time some of his plays where already written. And by the year 1592 he achieved some prominence as an actor and playwright. It is important to mention that in1599 Shakespeare’s theater company started to build a theater for themselves, this building, call The Globe, is nowadays availablefor the public where Shakespeare’s plays are performed every summer. Shakespeare also had to perform his plays for the Queen, and it is also said that he had to write a play for the Queen in fourteen days.
There were a time when all theatres in London were closed, this is the period in which Shakespeare poetry raises. Between the years 1610 -1613 Shakespeare returned to his town wherefinally died on April, 23rd he was buried in the Holy Trinity Church.
It is important to highlight the influence that the period in which Shakespeare lived, according to Mowat &Wrstine (1996):
The years in which Shakespeare wrote were among the most exciting in English history. Intellectually, the discovery, translation, and printing of Greek and roman classic were making available a set ofworks and worldviews that interacted complexly with Christian texts and believes.
MACBETH

Hancourt, Brace & World, In. (1963) comment Macbeth as follows:
It is a powerful drama of a man whose weakness first brought him power, then defeat. As a play for acting, it outdistances most because of its admirable construction and its many scenes that are theatrically powerful as well asinherently dramatic. The story is based on historical facts; Shakespeare adapted it from two episodes related in a contemporary history book, Holinshed´s Chronicles (1577), a work frequently used by Shakespeare for his history plays (p. 119).
Macbeth could have been written in 1606 as a mark of respect to James I, who draw his ancestry to the Scottish nobleman Banquo. Undoubtedly, Macbeth isone of the most fascinating of Shakespeare´s tragedies (Hancourt et al., 1963).
