I consider important factors, which have been determinant in my life. The factors are: heredity, environment, culture, family, social and situational. First, heredity comes to my parents, which are from Venezuela, that mean, they are strict and hard. Our personality is also shaped by how we learn to handle others’reactions to us. Second, environment is a broad term and includes such factors as Culture, Family, Social and Situational. Third, culture are the sum total of learned behavior traits which are manifested and shared by the members of the society. My culture is Latin. Fourth, family, economic level of the family, family size, birth order, religion, parent’s educational level, geographic location, etc, determines a person’s personality. My family economic level is in the middle of social classes, the family size is big with three brothers and one sister, I am the last boy in the family, my father is engineer and my mother is a housewife, and my geographic location was in Caracas, Venezuela. Now I am living in Miami by myself, while the rest of my family is living in Caracas. Fifth, socialinfluences relate to a person’s interaction with other people like friends, peers at work, groups to which an individual belongs, etc, influences a person’s behavior. Sixth, situational refers to each individuals life is unique in terms of events and experiences. I am unique person, everyone is a different person.
I have identified a lot of things in my personality, which have that I meet myideal career. My primary mode of living is focused internally, where I take things in via my five senses in a literal, concrete fashion. My secondary mode is external, where I deal with things rationally and logically.
I am quiet and reserved person, I am interested in security and peaceful living. I have a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends me a serious air and the motivation tofollow through on tasks. I am organized and methodical person and I can generally succeed at any task which I undertake.
I am very loyal, faithful, and dependable. I place great importance on honesty and integrity. I am a good citizen who can be depended on to do the right thing for my families and communities. I generally take things very seriously, and also usually have an offbeat senseof humor and can be a lot of fun - especially at family or work-related gatherings.
I consider some strengths that I have, which are honor my commitments, take my relationship roles very seriously, usually able to communicate what's on my minds with precision, good listener, extremely good with money, able to take constructive criticism well, able to tolerate conflict situations withoutemotional upheaval, and able to dole out punishment or criticism when called for.
Although I have identified some strengths, I also met some weaknesses that I have, which are I tend to believe that I am always right, tend to get involved in "win-lose" conversations, not naturally in-tune with what others are feeling, my value for structure may seem rigid to others, and not likely to giveenough praise or affirmation to my loved ones.
Since friendships do not rank highest in my list of important relationships, I do have value these relationships and put effort into enhancing and maintaining them. I like to choose to be around people who have similar interests and perspective, and I do not have much patience with people who are very different from me. I like to have fun and let...
