Find and describe a utopia in my own words.
Each society has tried in the past and in the present to create a utopia. A utopiais simply a society with perfect social, political, and moral aspects, which is believed to create the perfect society on the earth. Anarchists are a perfect example of a utopia, because all they wantis to create a perfect world with no government that rules and takes away freedom and a perfect world in a sense is complete freedom. Anarchists wanted to create a utopia or at least one as close to autopia as possible.(dictionary.com)
According to Julio Pena professor of the UNAM, utopias are difficult to realize. Everyone has their own way of thinking and different ideas of how tostructure a utopia. East attempts to create utopias that historically relays on eliminating personal differences. Attempts have orbited Western ideas of freedom and happiness. Pena said “But utopias arequite subjective (what one person likes, another may not.)”
China and Cuba have tried to implement the creation of a utopia by inundating his nationalist-minded people with a communist governmentwhere everyone has the same income and lifestyle. This has the benefit of reducing many negative elements that Westerners and Cuban struggle with; crime, disorder, cost of living, and poverty. However,people have no idea of how to go above the government and change their lifestyle and with no idea and support to innovate a new system of government.
Most Cubans and Western needindividual freedom and the reward for the hard work to be an example of how not to be a utopia. Westerners celebrate their differences and therefore, benefit from a society driven by competition (newinventions and better quality for the lowest price) and specialization (people are different, so they can success in different things).
