RESUMEN
La comisión y la corte son los encargados de revisar las violaciones que se dan en América.
Las autoridades colombianas y la comisión deben tener en cuenta el contenido yel alcance de las decisiones pronunciadas por las entidades internacionales, en el artículo 93 se establecen claramente los derechos humanos dándose así a los tratados internacionales, buscan protegerla dignidad de la persona humana, bajo, la idea común de la protección de principios de unidad, la policía nacional debe estar alineada con las normas internacionales de derechos humanos, y con elcumplimiento de los deberes sociales del estado y de los particulares.
Claramente vemos que la policía nacional nos brinda el apoyo necesario pues es el constituyente primario para la defensa y elrespeto del pueblo, haciendo valer nuestros derechos y preservando el orden público.
 
SUMMARY

The commission and the courts are responsible for reviewing the violations that occur in America.Colombian authorities and the commission should take into account the content and scope of decisions taken by international institutions, in Article 93 set out clearly and giving human rights tointernational treaties aimed at protecting the dignity of the human person, low, the common idea of protecting the principles of unity, the national police should be aligned with international standards ofhuman rights and the fulfillment of social duties of the state and individuals.
We clearly see that the national police gives us the necessary support for it is the primary constituent for the defenseand respect of the people, asserting our rights and preserving public order.
