*NEW BAG FOR ANTENNA PACKAGING.

* SMALLER THAN THE ACTUAL ONE.
* THE REQUIREMENT IS BASED ON THE TIME THAT IT TAKES IN THE ASSEMBLY PLANTS FOR TAKING THE PART OUT OF IT PACKAGE.

* THE MAIN IDEA WAS TO ELIMINATE THE BAG BUT THERE IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE MUTILATIONS ANDPOTENTIAL WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR THAT CONDITION.
* NO ISSUES FORSEEN FOR THE ASSEMBLY PLANT.

*MODULE REDISIGNED FOR COST REDUCTION. * NO ANTENNA PART NUMBER TO BE INSTALLED AND MANAGED AT THE ASSEMBLY PLANT. * SAME SIZE AND CONNECTION DISTRIBUTION. * SAME SUPPLIER.

* REQUIREMENT: LABEL THAT CLEARLY DIFFER BETWEEN THE BLUETOOTH AND THE NON-BLUETOOTH MODULE. LABEL NOT TO CHANGE THE BAR CODE.
* ACTUALCONDITION: SILAO ASSEMBLY PLANT IS SCANNING THE PART IN THE IP ASSEMBLY LINE. THIS IS DONE BY SEGLO.

*SHIELD REQUIRED TO AVOID HEATING CONTIDION AT THE FUEL SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE. * MAIN ISSUE IS THAT THE HARNESS CAN BE PINCHED WITH THE ATTACHMENT BOLTS. * REQUIREMENT: AVOID ANY CONTACT CONDITION TO AVOID PINCHING THE HARNESS OR TO GET IT NEAR TO A BOLT. * MORE INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED INSEPTEMBER MOCKUP.

* NEW OPTION FOR CREW CABS. * SILAO ONLY. *ALL YE9 AND Y91 * KEY FOB WILL BE AVAILABLE TO OPERATE THE RUNNING BOARDS. * CR IN INITIAL ENGINNERING DEFINITION. * DESIGN IMPACTS UNDERSTUDY. POTENTIAL CHANGES TO CHASSIS, BODY AND IP HARNESSES. THIS MEANS MORE PART NUMBERS FOR THOSE PARTS. BECs?? * CHANGES TO THE DVT SOFTWARE FORSEEN IN ORDER TO GET THE CREW CAB MODELS WITH THEOPTION. *ACTUAL CONDITION: PPTH PROGRAM THE MODULE. DVT IS THE ONLY AREA WHERE THE RUNNING BOARD CAN BE CHECKED AND AFTER THAT, THE MODULE GOES TO SLEEP UNTIL THE DEALER WAKE IT UP AGAIN. (THIS IS A SHIPPING REQUIEREMENT). * THE ACTUAL CONDITION FOR THE ELECTRICAL WILL BE FOLLOWED.

*ONE EXTRA CONNECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE HYBRID AND DIESEL HVAC MODULE. * THE CONNECTION IS GO TO MAKE THEINLINE WITH THE BODY HARNESS. * CONNECTION CAN BE MADE ONE HAND. * CONNECTION WILL BE DONE BEFORE THE IP INSTALLATION AND AFTER THE HVAC INSTALLATION. * MORE INFORMATION WILL BE PRESENTED IN SEPTEMBER MOCK UP FOR COMPLETE EVALUATION OF THE CONDITION.

*THERE ARE TWO RING TERMINALS THAT CAME FROM DIFFERENT HARNESSES (ONE FROM THE IP AND OTHER ONE FROM THE HVAC MODULE) THAT MUST BE INSTALLED IN THESAME BOLT. * ISSUE: THERE COULD BE AN INTERFERENCE BETWEEN EACH RING TERMINAL WHEN TORQUE IS APPLIED. * REQUIREMENT: THE AVOIDANCE OF THE STACKING CONDITION NEEDS TO BE SOLVED BY DESIGN. * DESIGN WILL BE PRESENTE IN SEPTEMBER MOCK UP.

*CLEARANCE WITH THE RETRACTOR WAS SHOWED. * PLASTIC CHANNEL MODIFICATION TO GET THE CORRECT ROUTING OF THE HARNESS TO AVOID PINCHING CONDITIONS WAS SHOWN ONLYIN MATH DATA.

* POTENTIAL IMPACTS: RETRACTOR MUST BE CONNECTED BEFORE INSTALLING IT.
* ISSUES: PINCHING AREAS. * STILL PENDING A COMPLETE MOCKUP TO SEE THAT ALL THE PINCHING CONDTIONS ARE SOLVED. * MORE INFORMATION WILL COME IN SEPTEMBER MOCKUP.

*ONLY DOOR HARNESS FIRST AND SECOND GROMMETS WERE SHOWN. * ISSUES: STILL NOT HAVING THE BEST HAND CLEARANCE FOR INSTALLATION. DIFFICULT TO PASSTHROUGH THE CONNECTORS AND CLIPS FOR THE SECOND GROMMET INSTALLATION. POTENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE BRANCHES FOR THE SECOND GROMMET. * MORE INFORMATION AND SOLUTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PRESENTED IN SEPTEMBER MOCKUP.

* BODY HARNESS CONNECTOR WILL BE INSTALLED TO THE BRACKET AT THE ASSEMBLY PLANT.

* REQUIREMENTS: ERROR PROOFING TO AVOID INSTALLING THE CONNECTOR TO THE BRACKET IN A DIFFERENTORIENTATION.
* ISSUE: ROOM FOR MANAGING THE SEAT CONNECTOR AND TO CONNECT IT TO THE BODY HARNESS IN LINE. * SEPTEMBER MOCK UP MUST SHOW THE WORST CONDITION AND ALL THE SCENARIO OF THE CONNECTION.

1) EPS * REQUIRED FOR ALL LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES. * THERE IS GO TO BE A PIGTAIL FROM THE EPS THAT MUST BE ROUTED WITH 2 CLIPS * AFTER THE CONNECTION TO THE CHASSIS HARNESS IS DONE, THOSE CONNECTORS WILL BE...
