Sales Performance Manager - Wallonia
Mission and Main Objectives The mission of the Sales Performance Manager is to support dealers to achieve sales volume/model mix goals and to supportimplementation of S&M strategy in order to achieve national targets (retail, wholesale, market share)
Main Tasks & Responsibilities - Responsible for the performance of a group of dealers consisting of around10-15 partners or 20-25 sales/service points
- Responsible for the achievement of volume through dealer agreed sales targets and model mix
- Reporting to Sales Director on zone performance and keyissues
- Present and explain the commercial strategy (campaigns, special versions, communication strategy, etc.) decided by the RBU
- Coordinate new product launch in the territory
- Ensure dealersare compliant with the demo car program set by the NSC (maximum annual volume, model mix, minimum run rate) + stock convention follow-up
- Support in loc. Pub. management
- Analyze possible actionsand countermeasures necessary to achieve DIR target
- Follow-up of ‘RBU guidelines.
- Monitor Implementation of selectivity criteria
- Follow up on CRM offers with Salesmen

- Region: WalloniaAdditional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any) - In coordination with SSQM ensure the right training plan for dealer staff (sales)

KPI:

- Volume and NCC achievement
-Retails & market share (national level / zone level)
- Online achievements in zone
